The 4th of July is coming up, and red, white, and blue foods are popping up all over the place. While most of the red, white, and blue treats tend to be artificial and/or overly sweet, here is a quick and easy way to add a splash of 4th of July spirit in a healthy way. Summer produce is so wonderful right now, so how about highlighting it with a fun American flag fruit plate? Much more fun than the typical plate of watermelon, but still just as healthy.
